The interior of this two bedroom apartment has been completely remodeled into a beautiful new rental unit. The scope of the project included removing paneling and wallpaper from the walls, removing carpet to expose the original hardwood floors, building a new coffered ceiling which allows for added insulation and a place to run new electrical and HVAC lines, as well as all new custom-built cabinets and appliances for the kitchen and bathroom.
